Marketing & Events Manager, OpenRoad NW (Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley)

  • Led marketing efforts for the dealership, aligning with OEM’s vision. Increased CPO ranking from 11th to 4th in less than two quarters through strategic initiatives and effective alignment with OEM guidelines

  • Designed, managed and optimized the dealership's five websites, significantly boosting traffic and engagement. Implemented new Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, and aligning with corporate digital strategies

  • Organized and hosted key dealership events, including grand openings, new model launches, and owner drive events, enhancing customer loyalty and brand visibility. Coordinated with OEM sponsor partners to maximize event impact

  • Implemented email campaigns to support the aftersales department, driving sales of parts and services. Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines across marketing, corporate identity, and events. Prepared event budgets and coop funds, structured and executed promotions, and maintained detailed reports on marketing initiatives

  • Developed, produced, and coordinated resident communications, by creating newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other communications to the residents

  • Played a key role and led the team to increase tenant occupancy from 22% to 40% in one month and 71% within four months. Maintained 100% occupancy for 2 years
